  • Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of all deposits made for that course. In this case, deposits would not be transferrable.

  • We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control, i.e.. Adverse weather conditions, flooding, industrial action, acts of god etc.

  • The Academy is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

  • Refunds can be made up to 14 days before the contents of the course is made available.

  • If the contents of the course is available immediately after purchase, no refund policy is required.

  • Klarna does not allow deposits to be made. The full cost of the course must be taken in full at the time of purchase.

Course times
Our one-day courses start promptly at 10.00am and finish at approximately 5.00pm.  (alterations to class times will be advised in advance).  If you arrive late (in excess of 30 minutes) you may be unable to participate in the training, resulting in the loss of course fees. Please therefore ensure you allow sufficient time for travelling.

Kits
Pre ordered kits are shipped directly to the Academy and can be collected on successful completion of the course attended. Damaged kits must be reported immediately, the Academy will replace the kit within 3 working days.

Qualifications
All courses are recognised within the industry and are fully accredited by ABT. Case studies issued fulfil accreditation requirements and these must be submitted within 3 months of initial training date. Students who fail to submit their case studies may need to attend a further assessment day at the cost of £95, otherwise their certificate issued will be of attendance and not an accredited certification.

What happens if Jenson Beauty Academy cancels my course?
In the event that we should have to cancel your course for reasons outside of our control, i.e; Tutor Sickness, or insufficient numbers of students, or act of god we will endeavour to give students at least 72 hours notice of any cancellation.
As above, the Academy is not responsible for any accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

What happens when I make a last minute booking?
If you have booked your course last minute, your certification and kit may not be at the training academy on the day of training, it will be posted out to you within 3 working days.

What will happen during my Training?
Course dependant, you will either be working on yourself or required to bring a model.  Your confirmation letter will advise.  Please ensure your model is suitable for the treatment and has been patch tested 48 hours prior to date of training.  If it is a lash course, please ensure that your model has any eyelash extensions removed prior to your training.  If your model is not suitable for any reason the Academy will hold no responsibility for non-completion, or failure to take part.  In the event of this you will be charged in full for the training.

Do I need to buy a starter kit to do the training?
All equipment and products are provided for you to train with on the day. However, you will require a kit for your home study section of your course assessment and to get started promoting your new treatment.
Starter kits are available for our students to purchase at wholesale prices. The kits contain sufficient product for you to recoup the cost of training. Further details available on request.
